The Jimmydog Design Group
Jimmydog Design Group was founded by husband-and-wife team Todd and Stephanie Belcher in 2002. Todd, custom portrait artist, and Stephanie, creative director, joined forces to create a company to pursue their creative talents. Jimmydog also reflects its founders' love of animals through the custom pet portrait specialty, the many dedicated efforts for animal welfare organizations and even the company name.
Todd and Stephanie chose the name Jimmydog Design Group after their beloved dog, Jimmy who filled their lives with joy. Jimmy had been rescued by the Belchers after being abandoned as a puppy. Sadly he died in 2003 at the age of 12.

Now the Belchers share their home with two more rescue dogs, Freddie and Joey. By the way, Todd and Stephanie love cats too! Unfortunately they can't take one (or two) home due to allergies.

Todd Belcher, custom portrait artist
With an established specialty in custom pet portraits, Todd's talent as a custom portrait artist extends to child and adult portraiture, as well as architectural portaits and professional illustrations. Especially in his custom pet portraits, Todd is known for his ability to capture the personality of his subjects. His custom portraits have been featured in several national publications and magazines and his works are shown in many Southeastern galleries and exhibitions. Todd's connection with animals is obvious in his pet portraits, but he also expresses his concern for animals by actively supporting such nonprofit organizations as the Best Friends Animal Society and the Forsyth Humane Society.
